Rebate Processing Timescale - Important Guidance

Processing of all rebate types is currently taking over 16 weeks (4 months) from initial application. This is due to an unprecedented backlog at HM Revenue & Customs, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please confirm below that you have been waiting longer than 16 weeks. If you have not been waiting longer than this, we would be unable to update you and you will not receive a response to your update request. Please note, the same applies through our telephone service.
