What Do I Need to Do?

Making a rebate request through the Rebate Gateway is a really simple process.

Simply provide us with the names of the Lenders you have had refunds from and we will send you a form to review and sign – either via email or post.

Once you have signed the form, we’ll have authority to obtain your settlement details. We can then use this information to calculate how much tax you have paid, and start the process of claiming it back for you.

Once your rebate has been assessed and accepted by HM Revenue & Customs, you can normally expect your rebate in 7 working days.
